My Card Making Idea - Pretty in Pink

I made this card for a friend when she got married. Her wedding colors included pink and lavender, two of my favourite colors, so I was thrilled to make something elegant for her special occasion.

I first embossed the pearl white cardstock with my cuttebug, and then attached lavender ribbon vertically, and sheer pink ribbon horizontally.

I mounted the pearl cardstock and ribbon on purple cardstock (I used a corner punch to create a frame). That was then mounted to white vellum, and then on pink cardstock.

The glitter was applied to double-sided glue tape, and then the flowers and butterfly were applied using Alene's craft glue.
