Here are the instructions for this free card making idea...

Difficulty Level: One of the intermediate Valentine card ideas.

To make this card you will need the printable Sweetie Pie Bumper-Sized eKit, which can be found here...

You Will Need:

• 6"x6" pale blue card blank
• Sheets 1, 4, 8 and 12 from the '24-ur-adored' folder from the Printable Sweetie Pie Bumper-Sized Card Making Kit here...
• 1 piece of jade green card stock
• 1 smaller piece of jade green card stock
• 2 sheets of photocopying paper
• 2 sheets of white card for printing onto
• Purple ink pad
• 1 blue marker pen with thin tip
• 1 dark pink marker pen with thin tip
• 5 flat backed pearls
• Glitter glue or sparkly pen
• Pink ribbon
• Cutting mat, craft knife, ruler, scissors
• Craft glue or double sided tape
• Foam pads

1. Print it out! Open up the '24-ur-adored' folder in the Printable Sweetie Pie Bumper-Sized eKit [the what?].
   
   
   
   1. Print pages 8 and 12 onto photocopying paper.
   2. Print pages 1 and 4 onto white card.
2. Cut it!
   
   
   1. Cut a square from the jade green card stock 14 cm x 14 cm.
   2. Cut a square 13 cm x 13 cm from sheet 8, and cut the same size of square from sheet 12.
   3. Cut each square in half diagonally using a craft knife and ruler.
   4. Cut the 'You Are Adored' sentiment from sheet 1.
   5. Cut 4 medium pink hearts and 4 large blue hearts from sheet 4.
3. Ink it! Ink all the edges of the cut pieces with the purple ink pad.
4. Arrange it! Take 1 triangle cut from sheet 8 and 1 triangle cut from sheet 12 and arrange them so they make a square.
5. Stick it! Stick the two triangles together using double-sided tape.
6. Attach it! Attach the pink ribbon diagonally across the centre using double sided tape to cover the paper join and secure at the back.
7. Stick it!
   
   
   1. Stick the triangles to the jade green card stock square and trim round the edge to leave a border.
   2. Stick the whole square to the pale blue card blank using double sided tape.
   3. Stick the sentiment to the small piece of jade green card stock and trim round the edge to leave a border.
8. Attach it!
   
   
   1. Attach the sentiment to the centre of the card using foam pads, this will raise it slightly off the card.
   2. Take 2 large blue hearts and 1 medium pink heart, and glue them together using a dab of craft glue as show. Stick them to the bottom left hand side of the card using foam pads to raise them off the card.
   3. Repeat this step and attach the hearts to the top right hand side of the card again using foam pads.
   4. Take the two remaining pink hearts and attach one to the top of the pink ribbon and one to the bottom of the ribbon - use foam pads again for this.
   5. Attach a pearl to each pink heart as shown, and one pearl to the heart on the sentiment.
9. Decorate it!
   
   
   1. Using the blue pen outline the shape of each blue heart just inside the edge.
   2. Using the blue pen again add faux stitching round the edge of the sentiment, then take the pink pen and do another line of faux stitching as shown.
10. Glitter it! Finally add some glitter glue to the hearts.
