- Cut out two white circles and two green scalloped circles (to mat your images onto) with the Spellbinder and the Petite Circle Dies. If you don't have these tools then draw round something round, and use scissors and scallop-edged scissors.
- Cut out a square from the green paper, the same size as your card.
- Cut out a square (5.75 x 5.75) from the blue swirl paper.
- Cut a greeting strip from the backing paper with the blue wording. It should be the same width as your card.
- Cut out a strip from the green paper. It should be the same width as your card and high enough to fit the greeting strip.
- Cut out a strip of the blue dot paper. This should be tall enough for the green strip (above) and the greeting, to be matted onto.
- Lastly, cut out another green strip, that should be tall enough to add a border to.
- Dry Emboss It! Run the white circles through your Cuttlebug using the snowflakes embossing folder. If you don't have these tools then simply skip this step.
- Color it! Color the faces and hair of the boy and girl images.
- Stick it!
- Stick the green paper to the front of your card.
- Layer the square of blue swirl paper on top, near the bottom.
- Ribbon! Stick the two pieces of ribbon onto your card (vertically).
- Border it! Grab the green strip for your border. Use the StampIn Up Scalloped Border punch along the bottom edge (or any suitable border punch you have at hand).
- Stick it!
- Stick the green strip with the border near the top of your card (position it so that your border will poke out once all your layers are mounted).
- Stick the strip of dotted blue paper to the top of your card (leave a little green margin at the top).
- Mount the blue greeting strip onto the strip of green paper. Then stick it over the dotted blue strip.
- Stick the blue outfits to the boy and girl images you colored in earlier.
- Stick the boy and girl images each to a green circle.
- Then stick the green circles to the white circles.
