I just love this card because there's so much to look at. Whether it be the cute snuggly girl, or the tag with the Christmas writing behind it, or the beautiful backing papers or ornate corners. Here's how to make it...

Difficulty Level: One of the intermediate Christmas card ideas.

To make this card you will need the printable Funky Christmas and Christmas Doodles eKits, which can be found here...

You Will Need:

• A plain square card blank (6x6)
• Sheets 214, 181, 027, 081 from the Printable Funky Christmas eKit here...
• Red piece of paper
  
  • If you don't have any red paper you can color some plain paper using a red pencil, paint, or ink pad. Or if you're savvy on the computer, you could use photo imaging software and the color picker tool to make a plain piece of red backgound paper. Pick the color up off the red stripy background paper.
• Sheet 8 from the Printable Christmas Doodles eKit here...
• Glue, scissors
• Ribbon
• Ornate corners
• Coloring pencils, felt tips or pens (the snuggly girl image in this example was colored in with Prisma Pencils and Gamsol)
• Vintage Die Corners die and Cuttlebug (or just cut out triangles with scissors for the corners)

1. Print it out!
   
   1. Open up the Printable Funky Christmas eKit [the what?] and print out sheets 214, 181, 027, 081.
   2. Open up the Printable Christmas Doodles eKit [the what?] and print out sheet 8.
2. Cut it!
   1. Cut out the cute girl with the 'Have A Snuggly Christmas!' greeting.
   2. Cut out a square, the same size as your card, from your red paper.
   3. Cut out a 5.75 x 5.75 square from the brown gift backing paper.
   4. Cut out a small rectangle from the red, stripy paper.
   5. Cut out a tag shape from the backing paper with the blue text.
   6. Cut out a rectangle from the green paper, slightly bigger than your image.
3. Color it! Color in the image of the cute, snuggly girl.
4. Stick it !
   
   1. Stick the red square to your card.
   2. Stick the square of brown gift backing paper over the top.
   3. Next, stick the small stripy rectangle at an angle.
5. Decorate it!
   
   1. Add some ribbon to your blue tag and place it on top
      of the striped paper at an angle.
   2. Add a piece of ribbon across the front of the card and tie it in a bow.
6. Mat and stick it!
   
   1. Mat the cute girl onto the green rectangle.
   2. Mount it on top of the striped rectangle and tag.
7. Ornate corners!
   
   1. Grab the green paper. Cut out two Vintage Die Corners with the Cuttlebug. If you don't have these tools, just cut out two small, simple triangles.
   2. Mount in opposite corners.
