It's a very simple card design using a pink heart-shaped faux gem and hand-torn mulberry paper. It's a great card that's suitable not only for Mother's Day, but for any occasion.

You Will Need:

A plain folded white card (C6)
- 1 small hand-torn rectangle of baby pink mulberry paper (approx. 2cm by 5cm)
- 1 pink heart-shaped faux gem
- Spray on glue (I used 3M's Spray Mount)
- PVC glue
Steps For This New Card Making Idea -
How To Create This Mothers Day Card
- Spray glue: Spray glue the hand-torn pink mulberry paper and position it towards the outer edge of the folded card, about a quarter of the way down (see image above for a positioning guide). I used 3M's Spray Mount glue.
- Stick Gem: Carefully remove the adhesive backing of your gem, and stick it into the middle of the baby pink rectangle.
And voila! The mother's day card design comes to life! It's easy, simple, and suitable for any occasion, including Mother's Day.
