A Snuggly Little Boy!

This card making idea is so cute! Its autumnal color palette gives it a warm feel, and the image of the little boy is just so adorable!

This card is great to give to little boys. But you can also change the feel of the card completely, just by using a different image as its centerpiece. Change the occasion and feel of the card according to the image you choose to use!

Difficulty Level: An easy card making idea.

To make this card you will need the printable Sweetie Pie Bumper-Sized eKit, which can be found here...

And you will also need the printable 'Christmas Doodles' eKit, which can be found here...

You Will Need:

• White card blank 10cm x 28cm
• Brown card stock
• 4 sheets of white printer paper
• 1 sheet of white card stock for printing on to
• Sheets 2, 4, 9 and 15 from the '21-gorge-man' folder from the Printable Sweetie Pie Bumper-Sized Card Making eKit here...
• Sheet 15 from the Printable Christmas Doodle Card Making eKit here...
• Ruler or scoreboard, scorer and scissors
• Double-sided tape
• Glue dots
• Coloring pens
• Black fine liner pen
• 2 corresponding brown ribbons
• Glossy accents

1. Print it!
   
   
   
   1. Open up the '21-gorge-man' folder from the Printable Sweetie Pie Bumper-Sized eKit [the what?]. Print out sheets 2, 4, 9 and 15 onto the white paper.
   2. Print our sheet 15 from the Christmas Doodles eKit [the what?] onto white card stock.
2. Score it! Take the white card blank and score the long side at 1cm, 2.5cm, 4cm and 16cm.
3. Stick it! Fold the score lines and stick the 1cm strip to the front of the card using double-sided tape. The card will then stand up as shown in the photo.
4. Cut it!
   
1. Cut a piece of brown card stock slightly smaller than the card blank.
2. Cut a slightly smaller piece of the brown heart paper from sheet 15.
3. Cut out the image from sheet 15 of the Christmas Doodles eKit.
4. Cut a piece of the brown paper from sheet 9 slightly larger than the image.
5. Cut another piece of brown card stock slightly larger still.
5. Color it! Color the image with the coloring pens and add glossy accents to the buttons, set aside to dry.
6. Layer it!
   
1. Stick the brown heart paper from sheet 15 to the brown card stock using double-sided tape and attach to the card blank.
2. Stick the image to the brown paper from sheet 9 again use double-sided tape then stick this to the final piece of brown pre cut card stock, attach it centrally on top of the heart paper.
7. Decorate it! Using the black fine liner pen add faux stitching round the edges as shown.
8. Add ribbon! Take the two pieces of brown ribbon and knot together, attach to the top left corner just above the image using glue dots.

And your card is completed!

This card making idea is just too cute for words! And if you want to change the feel of the card, just change the central image and voila! A completely different card for a completely different occasion.
